Vertigo Views from the CN Tower

Probably one of the worlds most famous land marks and the defining outline of the Toronto skyline, the CN Tower is the majestic beauty that is the pride of Toronto.  Although it is no mountain, standing 553.33m (1,815 ft.) tall you will be forgiven for feeling brave for taking the lift to the top.

On arriving at the observation deck you will be 342 m (1,122 ft) above street level and rewarded with magnificent views.  As the observation deck is suspended above the main tower, the observation deck has been cleverly fitted with a glass floor, presumably to enhance the view for the vertigo sufferers who have managed to make it this far.

It will come as no shock that the tower attracts over 2 Million visitors each year, as there is no better way to start a visit to Toronto and gain your bearings than looking down on the great city from above.

Like most tall buildings there is also a rotating restaurant with a 360 degree view of the city below, but most likely you will just be looking for a good view and not dinner at altitude.

The CN Tower is a Toronto must visit attraction; take in the view and video the “fall” through the glass floor to amaze your friends back home but whatever you do make sure you get your CN Tower fridge magnet before you leave!
